Use bundle monitor

The Bundle Monitor provides a centralized interface to search, filter, and review existing Work Order (WO) Bundles within your system. By using this tool, planners and dispatchers can easily track bundle statuses, review aggregation details, and dismantle (unbundle) grouped operations if scheduling requirements change.

Prerequisites

  • You must have the appropriate user permissions to view and manage Job Bundler features.

  • Bundles (either manually or automatically created) must already exist in the system.

  • How to Manually Create a Work Order Bundle

Access the Bundle Monitor

  1. Navigate to the Bundle Monitor via the main menu Features > Job Bundler > Bundle Monitor. The system will display a split-screen view with search filters in the side panel and a results table in the main view.

  2. Use the side panel to narrow down your search. You can apply filters across three main categories to pinpoint specific bundles:

  • Bundle Header

    • Filter by Operations Center, Bundle Id, Name, or Creator User and other main data.

    • Select specific Bundle States (all states are selected by default, except 'Canceled').

    • Search by a specific Work Order Code to find the exact bundle containing that WO.

    • Check Locked to view only bundles that are protected from cancellation.

  • Bundling Rule

    • Filter by the specific Bundling Rule used for aggregation.

    • Select the Execution Type (Manual or Automatic).

  • Bundle Criterion:

    • Technical Object: Filter by Same Technical Object, Same Parent, or Same Root (requires selecting the specific customer/facility).

    • Location: Filter by Same Municipality, Same Street, or Same Street Number (requires entering the corresponding address details).

    • Work & Facility Types: Filter by specific Request Types, Service Types, Facility Types, or Operation Types.

    • Team & Schedule: Filter by Team Cardinality, Same Day, Same Slot, or specific Appointment Start/End Dates.

  1. Once your filters are set, click the Search button. The "Bundle List" table will populate with the results.

  2. From the results table, you can interact with individual or multiple bundles, clicking the three-dot menu located on a specific row:

    1. Select Bundle Detail to view the comprehensive data of that bundle.

    2. Unbundle. You must confirm the action in the warning pop-up to dissolve the bundle back into individual operations.

Note: You can also Unbundle Multiple Bundles (Bulk Action), checking the selection boxes next to the target rows and using the three-dot menu located in the table header and select Unbundle Selected Bundle. Confirm the warning message to proceed.
