Manually schedule a Bundle

This task explains how to manually assign a Work Order (WO) Bundle to a resource or team using the Daily Plan. Because a bundle acts as a unified work package, scheduling the bundle ensures that all of its aggregated operations are dispatched, sequenced, and executed together in the field.

Prerequisites

  • This task is performed within the Daily Plan module of the FSM Platform.

  • The target bundle must currently be in a Schedulable state.

  • You must have scheduling permissions and visibility into the appropriate resources on the daily plan.

Manually schedule a bundle

  1. Navigate to your Daily Plan. Open the lateral panel and select the Schedulable Bundles tab to view the list of available bundles ready for dispatch.

  2. Search or filter the list within the lateral panel to find the specific bundle you wish to assign.

  3. You can paste the selected bundle onto the daily plan using one of two methods:

  • Drag and Drop (Visual Assignment)

    1. Click and hold the target bundle in the lateral panel.

    2. Drag the activity directly onto the Gantt chart area of the Daily Plan.

    3. Drop it on the row corresponding to your desired field resource and the appropriate time slot to finalize the paste action.

  • Right-Click Quick Menu (Contextual Assignment)

    1. Select the target bundle in the lateral panel.

    2. Position your cursor on the Daily Plan Gantt chart exactly where you want the bundle to be scheduled (on the specific resource's row and time slot).

    3. Right-click to open the context menu.
