Group resources together so they can be treated as a single unit by the scheduling engine.
Creating a permanent "Team" linked to a specific operations center enforces skill aggregation (mathematically combining the skills and levels of members) and sets travel parameters. For example, an admin can create "Team Alpha," assigning an experienced foreman and a junior technician to work together permanently.

Create a new fixed team
To create a permanent work team:

From the Team Management window, click New Team.

In the new team window, enter the following fields:

Operations Center: The associated organizational division. Only resources from this operations center

Code: Short-form identifier.

Description: Long-form information about the team.

Team Composition: The maximum number of resources in the team.

Team Type: Choose from registered values.

Work Center: A work center associated with the operations center.

Enterprise: An enterprise associated with the operations center.

Team on Loan: Check to allow loaning the team to another operations center.

Active: Check to enable the team.
-
Sorting: A custom value used to help sort resulting teams when searching and filtering.

Transport Mode: Choose between Standard Vehicle and Walking.

Work Schedule Type: The type of work schedule.

Departure/Arrival Addresses: Which addresses to use for scheduling (team, resource, or both).

Color: Identifying color for the user interface.

Movement Type: The type of movement used to for scheduling.

In the Team Composition tab, drag members from the Available Resources list to the Team Resources list.

Select a Team Leader (Foreman) by activating the corresponding flag. A team leader is required to create the team.

Click Insert to confirm.
