During the workload analysis, the planner user can evaluate different plans by introducing variations in terms of data or task execution dates. Once the scenarios are created, determining which represents the best plan requires comparing them to understand which offers the optimal coverage. The Compare function allows users to compare two workload analyses side by side, providing a clear view of the plan's performance and enabling independent work on each scenario.
Before you start
Compare two workload analyses

In the FSM App, navigate to FEATURES → FORECASTING & CAPACITY PLANNING → WORKLOAD ANALYSIS

Use the filter panel to search for existing records

Select two Workload Analyses in “Processed:OK” status

Click “Compare” at the top-right of the page
A new page will show a new report very similar to the single one, but with the difference that now it’s possible to compare two results side by side.
In the upper part, there is the “Details” section, that shows fields of both workload analysis.
In the center, a bar chart shows for each workload analysis, the amount of demand and capacity.
Main differences with the single report:

The header section contains information about both analysis

The central Workload Analysis Report is grouped also by workload analysis code

The Table result is filtered also by Workload Analysis
