Activate forecasting & capacity planning

⚠️ Important: 

• To turn on this feature, the geocall-fsm.forecastcapacity software package must be placed in the .POM file.

• Your administrator must activate and configure the module in the system’s company properties.

To manage and forecast your team's workload:

1. Click Main Menu > Technical Settings > Company.

2. In the Configuration tab, find or add the following company property:

company.fsm.module.forecastcapacity

3. Set the value to true. 

   • You can only set the property to true or false. 

   • The default value is false. 

The forecasting & capacity planning item will be in the main menu.
