Run a workload analysis

To meet customers’ needs, set additional parameters of the forecasting & capacity planning module.

Before you start

Process workload analysis with periodical tasks

To create a periodic task to process the workload analysis

  1. Click Main menu > Technical settings > Company.

  2. Add the following definition of the task:

company.job.FORECASTCAPACITY-WorkloadAnalysisRun.mode=EVERY_TIME
company.job.FORECASTCAPACITY-WorkloadAnalysisRun.queueName=parking
company.job.FORECASTCAPACITY-WorkloadAnalysisRun.task=+/roughplanning/bl/result/task/BTWorkloadMassiveRunAnalysis
company.job.FORECASTCAPACITY-WorkloadAnalysisRun.description=Massive Workload Analysis Run
company.job.FORECASTCAPACITY-WorkloadAnalysisRun.user=[system]

  1. Redefine the queue according to your needs. 

    1. Eg. In the example above, the task is inserted in queue “parking” but can be scheduled in another queue with a different periodicity.
