Skills
Skills represent the specific technical abilities of your resources and allow them to execute WOs. The match between the skills associated with a resource or a set of resources (team), and those required for the execution of a WO is handled by the system as:

A warning, in the case of manual scheduling;

A strong/blocking constraint, in case of the automatic scheduling.
The system uses a drag-and-drop interface to manage these profiles.

Qualifications
Qualifications are an additional, optional element. Add qualifications if a certificate or license is necessary to perform a skill. For example, to maneuver a crane, a resource needs a valid driving license and a special vehicle driver certificate.
