View Work Order outcome history

Access a comprehensive audit trail for work order (WO) operations. Track every change made to an intervention, from the initial assignment and technician arrival to final technical and manpower validation.

Access the outcome history monitor

  1. Navigate to Features > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting Monitor.

  2. On the right, enter search parameters in the Filter panel.

  3. Click Search.

  4. In the Accounting list, select the WO you want to audit.

  5. Click the Three dots menu > Intervention Outcome > History.

  6. Look in the top section for

    • Outcome status.

    • Outcome cause.

    • Slot start/end date (planned).

    • Intervention start/end date (actual).

Analyze the outcome history list

To use the primary ledger for administrative and field actions performed on the outcome:

  1. To see when and who changed a record, review the History date column and User column.

  2. In the table, verify timestamps for:

    • Take In charge: When the technician accepted the work.

    • Arrival on site: When the technician reached the facility.

    • Outcome start/end: The duration of the technical work.

  3. In the Technical validation section and Manpower validation section, check:

    • Mode: Manual or automatic.

    • The specific user who approved the data.

  4. To show or hide details, click the Rearrange columns icon.

View detailed audit records

To find important details in a historical snapshot:

  1. Navigate to the Detail interface.

  2. Locate the specific row in the Outcome history list.

  3. In that row, click the Three dots menu > View.

  4. Check technical metadata, such as:

    • Forced closure date: If the order was manually closed by a supervisor.

    • Last scheduled resource: The final technician assigned before the outcome.

    • Technical / manpower validation user: The validator’s identity.

  5. To return to the history list, click Close.

Use lateral filters for rapid auditing

Use the lateral panel to narrow and speed up your search:

  1. To expand the Filters panel, on the side of the screen, click the arrow.

  2. Enter search criteria:

    • Outcome id: Search for a specific technical ID.

    • History date (From – to): Limit the audit to a specific shift or week.

    • Outcome status: See only when the order was In Charge or Running.

  3. Click Search.

Note: The list automatically refreshes to show only matching historical records.
