Monitor Work Order debriefs

To check the progress of a work order (WO), supervise field activities, validate technician debriefs, and manually correct technical and manpower data.

Search and monitor debriefs

To see a WO’s progress and what needs to happen:

  1. Navigate to Features > Core > Analytics > Execution Monitor.

  2. In the Configuration window, enter:

    • Operations center: The operations center (OC) to analyze.

    • WO types: The work order (WO) types to analyze.

    • Outcome cause type: The outcome cause types to analyze.

    • Outcome classes: The outcome classes to analyze.

    • Outcome causes: The outcome causes to analyze.

  3. For the graph, enter:

    • Insert date: When the WOs were added.

    • Expected work end date: When WOs should be completed.

    • Scheduling date: When WOs were scheduled.

    • Outcome date: When the WO outcomes were supposed to be registered.

  4. For the graph and report types, enter:

    • Bar disposition: Whether results are graphed as flanked or overlapped.

    • Grouping: How groups show on the graph.

    • Report type: The type of report the graph shows.

    • Grouping type: The type of WO group.

    • Analysis level: The graph’s level of system analysis.

  5. Click Process diagram.

  6. In the Accounting list, go to the Validation status column.

  7. To see the "health" of the data, check the color of the dots:

    • Red: To be validated.

    • Black: In the validation process via FSM Mobile.

    • Light Blue: Automatically validated.

    • Green: Manually validated.

Validate interventions

To approve the technical data and the manpower effort reported by the field team, perform a batch validation:

  1. In the Accounting list, select one or more rows.

  2. In the header, click Options.

  3. Choose the validation level:

    • Intervention validation: Validates both technical and manpower components.

    • Technical validation: Approves only the outcome, readings, and attachments.

    • Manpower validation: Approves only the labor hours and resource effort.

  4. To finalize the order, click Close WO.

Edit and correct intervention outcomes

If there is an error, manually edit the debrief components:

  1. Next to a specific record, click Options > Intervention Outcome.

  2. In the Intervention outcome tab, verify:

    • Outcome cause.

    • Start time.

    • End time.

  3. To add completed tasks that weren’t originally planned, click the Optional operation icon.

Understand outcome window data tabs

To learn more about the notifications and different components of a WO, click these tabs.

  • Notifications: Edit breakdown start/end times and causes if the WO is linked to a fault.

  • Measurements: View qualitative or quantitative data.

    • Note: A red dot indicates a missing mandatory measurement.

  • Used materials: To add serial or consumption items, click Materials accounting

  • Resources summary: To edit "Use time", click Users Accounting.

    • To unlock and modify the manpower duration, click the Padlock icon.

  • Multimedia files: Review photos from the field or click Upload file to add a document from the server.

Manage manpower and resource accounting

To ensure labor hours are correctly entered for payroll and cost estimation:

  1. Click Users accounting.

  2. To modify their start and end times, click a resource’s row.

  3. Edit details.

  4. Click Save.

Add a missing resource

If a resource was present but not listed:

  1. Click Users accounting > New.

  2. Search for the resource's serial number.

  3. Click Insert.
