Removing and Reordering Bundle Operations

Once a Work Order Bundle is created, you may need to adjust its contents to respond to scheduling changes. This task explains how to remove specific operations from a bundle and how to reorganize the execution sequence of the remaining tasks.

Prerequisites

  • These actions are performed within the Bundle Operation Summary section of the Bundle Detail window.

  • The bundle must be in a Schedulable status to perform these modifications.

Removing Operations from a Bundle

If an operation no longer belongs in the aggregated group, you can extract it:

  1. Locate the target operations in the Bundle Operation Summary table.

  2. Check the box of each operation you wish to remove

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the section title.

  4. Select Cancel Selected Bundle Operation. The operations will be removed and revert to individual schedulable activities.

Reordering the Bundle Sequence

To optimize the technician's workflow, you can adjust the sequence in which operations are executed:

  1. Click the three-dot menu next to the Bundle Operation Summary table.

  2. Select Reorder Bundle Operation to open the configuration window.

  3. Choose your preferred ordering method from the dropdown menu:

    • Standard Attributes: Sort by Creation time, Expected work start/end date, Appointment slot start/end, or Street number logic.

    • Topological: Sorts operations geographically. If selected, the system will prompt you to enter the initial "Starting Point Coordinates".

    • Manual: Displays a list of operations that you can freely drag and drop into your desired sequence. (Note: Cancelled or closed operations cannot be moved and are pinned to the bottom).

  4. Click Confirm. The new sequence will automatically update across the system and reflect on the map view.
