Navigate to the "Multistage Groups" feature to search for, create, and edit multistage groups.
Search multistage groups
Enter criteria in the following sections to filter the list:

"Multistage group": Filter by "Operations Center", "Creation Date", "Origin types", "Status types", "Code", "External Code", "External System", or "Description"
-
"Work Order"
-
"WO Operation"
-
"Customer/Facility"
Click Search. View the results in the "Multistage Groups" list, which displays information such as the "Code", "Status", and "Multistage Operation Number".
Create a multistage group
At the top right of the list, click New.
In the "New Multistage Group" panel, configure the following fields:

"Operation Center": Select the operations center (mandatory)

"Code": Enter an ID or leave blank to auto-generate

"Color": Choose a color from the palette for thematized views

"Description": Enter a description
-
"Notes": Enter free text notes
Click Save.
The "Status" field defaults to "Created".
Manage existing multistage groups
Next to a multistage group row, click the menu to execute these actions:

View Detail: View, edit, or add dependencies to the group
-
Edit: Modify the "Color", "Description", or "Notes"
At the top right of the list, click Refresh to reload the multistage groups.
