Manage multistage group master data

Navigate to the "Multistage Groups" feature to search for, create, and edit multistage groups.

Search multistage groups

Enter criteria in the following sections to filter the list:

  • "Multistage group": Filter by "Operations Center", "Creation Date", "Origin types", "Status types", "Code", "External Code", "External System", or "Description"

  • "Work Order"

  • "WO Operation"

  • "Customer/Facility"

Click Search. View the results in the "Multistage Groups" list, which displays information such as the "Code", "Status", and "Multistage Operation Number".

Create a multistage group

At the top right of the list, click New.

In the "New Multistage Group" panel, configure the following fields:

  • "Operation Center": Select the operations center (mandatory)

  • "Code": Enter an ID or leave blank to auto-generate

  • "Color": Choose a color from the palette for thematized views

  • "Description": Enter a description

  • "Notes": Enter free text notes

Click Save.

The "Status" field defaults to "Created".

Manage existing multistage groups

Next to a multistage group row, click the menu to execute these actions:

  • View Detail: View, edit, or add dependencies to the group

  • Edit: Modify the "Color", "Description", or "Notes"

At the top right of the list, click Refresh to reload the multistage groups.
