Use the "Daily Plan" to manually arrange multistage activities on the schedule and resolve any time dependency warnings.
Load multistage activities

Search for an upcoming multistage activity in the "Daily Plan".

Right-click the activity and select Load Multistage. This opens the "Multistage Activities" panel displaying all the operations required for the complex job.

In the panel header, click the menu and select Multistage Group detail to review the time dependencies and constraints for the operations.
Schedule operations

Select the first activity from the "Multistage Activities" panel and drag it to a resource with the required skills and availability.

The activity status changes to "Planned". The operation moves to the background and appears light gray in the panel.

Select subsequent activities and use the Paste with Preview feature to assign them to a resource.

Review the system notifications in the preview window to see the valid time frames for the activity.

Adjust the arrival time to comply with the time constraints.

Click Confirm.
Resolve warnings
If an operation violates a time dependency, the system displays a warning icon next to the resource.

Hover over the icon or check the "Multistage" mini-tab on the resource work shift to view the specific violation details.

Run the modify operation to adjust the start time of the activity and fix the warning.
Once all operations are planned in compliance with the dependencies, all activities in the "Multistage Activities" panel appear in light gray and the warning icons disappear.
