View and manage multistage operations on a mobile device. Multistage data requires network coverage to synchronize information through REST services.
View multistage operations
Locate multistage operations in the agenda. Multistage activities display a specific ID icon.
Select a day and access the intervention panel to view the "Multistage" section, which displays the code and description of the associated multistage group.
Note: The "Search WO" feature excludes multistage operations. Technicians cannot search for and self-assign multistage tasks. Planners must schedule and assign these operations.
Take charge of multistage operations
Take charge of an operation to change the status to "Running".
The system displays warnings in these scenarios:
-
The takeover date is later than the schedule start date plus the tolerance.
-
The takeover date is earlier than the schedule start date minus the tolerance.
-
A previous operation scheduled for a prior day is not complete.
-
A successor or predecessor with a finish-start relationship falls in the same schedule interval.
If the device is offline when you take charge of or close an intervention, the system displays an alert. You must manually request an update in the "Multistage" card when the device is online and coordinate with other assignees.

The "Multistage" card provides these read-only details:

-
A red warning icon appears on the "Manpower" card if a predecessor operation is scheduled on a prior day.
-
A yellow warning icon appears on the "Manpower" card if a predecessor operation is scheduled on the current day.
-
A warning icon appears next to the performance date if the performance start date is later than the schedule start date.
