Configure multistage job handling

Configure multistage settings for operations centers to allow multistage management, set the maximum number of operations per group, and display the planning summary on the daily plan.

Search multistage settings

Select Multistage Settings to view the search filters.

Filter your search using the "Operation Center" and "Multistage Management" fields.

Next to each search record, click the Three dots menu to:

  • Edit

  • Delete

Next to the table, click the Three dots menu to:

  • New: Add new multistage settings.

  • Refresh: Reload and update the multistage settings.

View or edit multistage settings

Click View/Edit to access the "Multistage Settings" panel.

The panel consists of the following sections:

  • "Operation Center": Indicates the operations center the settings refer to. If blank, the settings apply to all operations centers without specific settings.

  • "Multistage Management": Specifies if the operations center can manage multistage tasks with the Allowed or Not allowed options.

  • "Max Multistage Operations": Indicates the maximum number of tasks you can include in a multistage group. You can only change this field if no multistage groups exist or if all existing groups are closed or canceled.

  • "Planning Summary Visible": Indicates whether the daily plan displays multistage summary information.

Create multistage settings

Click New to create new multistage settings.

Enter information in the mandatory fields:

  • "Multistage Management"

  • "Max Multistage Operations"

Enter information in the optional fields:

  • "Operation Center"

  • "Planning Summary Visible"

Click Save.

Delete multistage settings

Click Delete in the menu row to delete the multistage settings.
