Manage multistage group details

View the operations a multistage group consists of. The form provides a "Multistage Group" section at the top and a "Multistage Operations" section at the bottom.

View multistage group properties

Expand or collapse the "Multistage Group" section to view read-only attributes:

  • "Code"

  • "Operation Center"

  • "External Code"

  • "External System"

  • "Status"

  • "Color"

  • "Description"

  • "Notes"

View multistage operations

The "Multistage Operations" section displays the list of operations within the group. View details for each operation, including the "WO - WO Operation" ID, "WO Operation Status", "WO Operation Type", "Activity", "Customer / Facility", "Address", "Source Dependent Operations", and "Target Dependent Operations".

Manage multistage operations

At the top right of the "Multistage Operations" section, click the menu to execute these actions:

  • View Multistage Violations: View alerts or recommendations for the multistage group.

  • New: Add operations to the multistage group. You can only add operations managed by operation.

  • Refresh: Reload the list of operations.

Next to each operation row, click the menu to execute these actions:

  • View Detail: View, edit, or add time dependencies to the operation.

  • Delete: Remove the operation from the multistage group. If you confirm the deletion, you also delete all related dependencies.

Review multistage group statuses

The "Status" of a multistage group depends on the status of its included operations:

  • Created: The group has no associated operations.

  • To schedule: The group has at least one associated operation, and at least one operation is "Schedulable" or "To reschedule".

  • Scheduled: All operations are in process and are not "Open", "Schedulable", "To Reschedule", "Locked", or "Closed".

  • Cancelled: All operations are canceled.

  • Closed: At least one operation is "Closed", and all other operations are "Closed" or "Cancelled".
