View, plan, and manage multistage activities using the daily and multi-day plans.
Filter schedulable activities
Search for multistage activities using the "Multistage" section in the filter menu. Filter your search by the "Active Multistage" status or specific "Multistage Groups".
View multistage activities
Review multistage details in the "Schedulable Activities" and "Clipboard" sections.

In the panels, view the multistage group code assigned to an operation. Next to an activity, click the menu to select Load Multistage Activities, Multistage Group Details, Multistage Activity Details, or Remove from Multistage Group.

In the tabs, view the "Multistage" column for the group color, code, and warning icons. View the "Multistage Dependencies" column for the dependency type, time offsets, and related operation ID.

In the plan, hover over an activity to view the tooltip. The "Multistage" section displays the "Multistage Group", "Source Dependent Operations", and "Target Dependent Operations".
Use the multistage panel
Load all operations for a specific group in the "Multistage Activities" side panel to evaluate schedules and warnings.

Next to a schedulable activity, clipboard activity, or planned activity, click the menu.

Select Load Multistage Activities. Operations written in light gray are already scheduled.

In the panel header, click the menu to select Multistage Group Details.

Next to each operation, click the menu to select Multistage Activity Details.
Configure multistage themes and links
Click Configure Monitor to customize the plan layout.

Click the "Themes" tab and select the "Multistage" option to apply specific colors. This colors multistage activities by their group color and grays out the remaining activities.

Click the "Visualization" tab and enable the "Multistage Links" option. Hover over an activity to view time dependencies represented by arrows labeled SS (Start-Start), SD (Same Day), or FS (Finish-Start).
Configure multistage warnings
Click Configure Monitor and select the "Warning" tab to enable notifications for multistage activities.

"Multistage Group Scheduling Violation": Alerts when a group is only partially scheduled.

"Critical Multistage Dependency Violation": Alerts when an essential dependency is not met, such as when only one activity of a Start-Start or Same Day dependency is scheduled.

"Time Multistage Dependency Violation": Alerts when an activity violates the specified time offset.
Click the Danger icon in the plan or panels to view the specific warning details.
View scheduling summary and mini-tabs

If the "Planning Summary Visible" option is enabled for the operations center, view the "Multistage" row in the "Summary" column. This displays the overall multistage working time and the number of multistage activities assigned to the resource.

Click the "Multistage" mini-tab on an activity bar to view the status, time dependencies, and warnings of all operations within the group directly on the real plan.
