Enable user types to edit assets

Audience: Administrators, dispatchers

While new assets are visible in read-only mode to everyone, users need permissions to make changes. Give specific user types permissions to modify new facility types.

Enable user types to edit assets

To allow a user to make changes to an asset:

1. In the Typology list, next to the desired type, click the Three dots menu.

2. Click Enabling facility type.

3. In the User type facility type association window, check the box next to the facility type(s).

4. To grant edit permissions, click the x.
