The WO with Address to be geocoded page (Features > Core > Work Order Management) helps you identify and correct activity addresses linked to Work Order (WO) Operations.
You will typically use this page to resolve issues with addresses that were entered into the system through integration. Standard FSM pages prevent users from saving addresses that do not meet the required normalization (geocoding) level for scheduling. Integration processes, however, can bypass these checks, resulting in addresses that are not or wrongly normalized and that need manual correction.
You can now directly select, extract, and adjust Work Order (WO) Operations linked to faulty activity addresses.
