Mass import work order type data

Audience: Administrators

Gather information about work order types, import a large amount of work order data from a .xlsx file.

Follow the UI path

The instructions start from this system path:

Configuration > Core > Data Import/Export Tool

Import the work order type file

To import a large amount of request types, service types and WO types:

1. On the Import / export configuration page, in the Configuration field, select WO types.

2. Click Import.

3. In the Import window, click Choose file.

4. Select the .xlsx file with the configuration from your machine.

5. Click the Load file and process icon. 

6. Find the task in the Log list table.
