Create request types

Audience: Dispatchers and administrators

Define which requests trigger a work order (WO).

Follow the UI path

All following instructions start from this system path:

Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > WO Types

Create a request type

To create a request type, follow these steps:

1. On the Search work order types page, click the Request type button.

2. Click the + New button.

3. In the Request type window, enter:

   • Code.

   • Description.

4. Click Insert.
