Configure urgency for work orders

Audience: Administrators

Ensure urgent tasks are immediately recognized and addressed by dispatchers and field technicians. To categorize and highlight critical work orders (WOs) based on their priority, configure the urgent flag for WOs. All WOs marked with high priority automatically have the urgent flag activated. These high-priority WOs trigger an audible alert and are prominently displayed in the multi-day plan.

Once the urgent flag is configured:

  • In the multi-day plan, find and manually schedule urgent WOs in the Urgent activities tab.

  • When urgent WOs are in the Urgent activities tab, get sound and flashing icon alerts.

  • In the daily plan monitor, urgent activities are available in the quick menu.
