Create service types

Audience: Dispatchers and administrators

A service type defines the specific activity or task to perform to fulfil a work order (WO). 

Follow the UI path

The instructions start from this system path:

Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > WO Types

Create a service type

To create a service type:

1. On the Search work order types page, click the Service type button.

2. Click the + New button.

3. In the Service type window, enter:

   • Code

   • Description

4. Click Insert.
