Use the map

Visualize where operations are happening in your bundles. Use advanced tools in your map to select, measure, and inspect bundle operations.

Access the bundle map view

To go to the map view:

1. Go to the Bundle Detail of one specific bundle from the bundle monitor.

2. In the Bundle Operation Summary section, click Show Map.

Note: This feature requires active cartography services configured on the platform.

View the map interface

In the section Bundle Operation Summary, the opened map shows:

• The starting point coordinates.

• Numbered point markers of the operations from the bundle.

• A bundle marker which represents the bundle location.

Use basic map functions

• Zoom in/out: Adjust zoom level using + and – controls.

• Center on bundle: Automatically centers the map on the bundle and its operations.

• Starting point coordinates: A starting point is displayed as a red dot on the map.

• Remove from bundle: This functionality is present in the tooltip displayed when selecting the three dots menu in the upper left corner; it removes the selected operations from the bundle.

Customize map display

To enable or disable map layers:

1. Click Map view.

2. In the left column, select Layers.

3. In the dropdown menu, choose the layers you want to access:

   • Bundle Marker: The bundle’s geographic point.

   • Operations: The operations included in the bundle.

   • Starting Point Coordinates: The bundle’s starting point coordinates. 

Use selection tools

To select or deselect operations from the bundle on the map:

1. Click Map view.

2. Select Tools.

3. In the dropdown menu, choose a tool:

   • Accurate selection tools: Select or deselect operations on the map.

   • Rectangular selection tool: Draw a rectangular area and select/deselect all operations there.

   • Polygonal selection tool: Draw a polygon to select or deselect the operations there.

   • Selection or deselection tool: Switch among selection or deselection mode.

   • Info tool: View a tooltip. 

View tooltips

1. To access details, click an operation or bundle in the map.

2. Click Tooltip.

   • Operation tooltips show operation details like:

     • Bundle ID

     • Bundle Name

     • Operation ID and sequence number

     • Work Order Code

     • Operation Identifier

     • Summary Data:

       • WO Type

       • Activity

       • Asset

       • Status

   • Bundle tooltips show bundle details like:

     • Bundle ID

     • Bundle Name (A description of the bundle)

     • Related Activities

     • Bundle Status

     • Work Interval (The start and end date and time)
