Find the bundling rules
To find the bundling rules:

Click Job bundler > Configuration > Bundling rules.

To apply search filters, enter criteria in the filters in the side panel, such as:

Code: The rule identification code
-
Description: A description of the rule
-
Priority: The order the rules are processed in when bundled
-
Active: Allows searches for active bundling rules
-
Note: The flag is used by default.

Default: Allows searches for default bundling rules
-
Note: The flag is used to set the default bundling rule when creating a manual bundle from the daily plan.

Manual Execution: Allows searches for manual processing bundling rules
-
Automatic Execution: Allows searches for automatic processing bundling rules

Min Operations Number: The minimum amount of WO operations within the bundle
-
Note: The default min operations number is 2.

Max Operations Number: The maximum number of WO operations within the bundle

Note: The default max operations number is 100.

Max Bundle Duration: Shows the maximum duration of the bundle in minutes

Automatically bundle partial operations: Allows bundles to be automatically created from closed bundle parents with some interventions executed with partial outcomes

Bundling rule processing
To create bundles, run rule processing manually or automatically.
Process rules manually
Either:

In the list of bundling rules, click the Three dots menu.

Select Process.
Or:

In the list of bundling rules, click the Three dots menu.

Enter the rule details in "View" or "Edit" mode.

In the operations bar, click Process.

Optional: To process several selected rules, select Process Selected Bundling Rules.

Note: Rules are verified as active and flag manual execution is selected, taking into account the priority and active rules.
Process rules automatically

To launch a rule through automatic bundling, the administrator can use the path: Main menu > Technical settings > Queue processing.

To update your bundles at the end of the task processing:

Cancel all bundles that can still be scheduled. See Use processing logs.

Create new bundles respecting the criteria and priorities of the configured rules.

Note: Depending on the queue, tasks can be scheduled once or several times during the day.
