About bundle details

Bundle detail shows you summaries, data, schedules, and criteria in:

  • Bundle header attributes: There are tabs for bundle summary, scheduling data, resources data, and bundle criterion data.

  • Bundle operation summary: Reports each single aggregated operation in a table.

In the toolbar at the bottom of each tab, you can select these actions:

  • Unbundle: Cancel a specific bundle.

  • Lock / Unlock: Lock or unlock a selected bundle.

  • Refresh: Update bundle data and any related operations.

  • Close: Close the window.

Bundle header attributes

Bundle summary tab

The Bundle Summary section shows the:

  • Id

  • Name

  • Operations Center

  • Creation Date

  • Bundle State

  • Coordinates

  • Creation User

  • Work Execution Interval (“From” and “To” dates when the work must be performed)

  • Appointment Slot (when the soonest appointment slot begins and ends)

  • Microcluster (manages the bundle’s coordinates)

  • Locked

  • Booking

  • Starting Point Coordinates

Scheduling data tab

The Scheduling Data section reports the information like:

  • Duration

  • On duty only

    • Note: If selected, at least one operation is in that status.

  • Exclude if available on call

    • Note: If selected, at least one operation is in that status.

  • Multi-day

    • Note: If selected, at least one operation is in that status.

  • Minimum daily time

    • The maximum among those required by single operations.

  • Minimum time for suspension

    • The minimum wait time between a scheduling operation and another, it is considered as the maximum time required for specific operation.

  • Bundle parent

    • The parent ID of the bundle if the bundle was created after closing the parent.

Resources data tab

The Resources Data section reports the following information on the bundle:

  • Team cardinality: The maximum number of operations possible in a bundle.

  • Mandatory resources: The total mandatory resources required by the bundles.

  • Preferred resources: The total preferred resources required by the bundles.

  • Min cardinality: The minimum team size per bundle.

  • Max cardinality: The maximum team size required by the bundle.

  • Required skill table: Provides the list of skills and the cardinality required by the bundle. The required skills combine those requested by aggregated operations and for each skill reported in the list, the cardinality considered is the maximum among those of the different operations.

  • Skill division table: Represents the combination of all division skills associated with the configuration skills calculated for each operation. 

    • To access the skill division composition: click Three dots menu > Skill Division Composition

Bundle criterion data tab

Access the criteria that was used to create the WO operations bundle.

  • Execution type:

    • Manual

    • Automatic

  • Technical object bundling type (specifies ID code of a technical object): 

    • Same technical object

    • Same parent

    • Same root

  • Bundling rule

  • Location bundling type (used for aggregation by geographical area in):

    •  Municipality

    •  Address

    • Street Number

  • Same request type

  • Same service type

  • Same facility type

  • Same operation type

  • Same team cardinality

  • Appointment bundling type (specifies the type of appointment):

    • Same day

    • Same slot

Bundle operation summary

  • Order

  • WO operation code

  • Interval

  • Residual time

  • WO type

  • Row type / activity / description

  • Customer / facility

  • Address

  • Appointment slot

  • WO operation status

  • Relation State: The status of the relationship between the WO operation and the bundle

Modify view of bundle operations

To access the WO details on a row:

  1. Click the Three dots menu.

  2. Select Show WO.

To remove an operation from the bundle:

  1. Click the Three dots menu.

  2. Select Cancel.

To hide operations removed from a bundle: click the button.

To remove an operation:

  1. On the left, select all relevant checkboxes. 

  • To select one operation: On the left, select an operation’s checkbox. 

  • To select all operations: In the upper left, click Select All/Deselect All.

  • Note: All selected operations will be highlighted in orange. 

  1. Once selected, remove the selected operations from the bundle.

Cancel selected bundle operations

To remove operations from the bundle:

  1. Click the checkbox of each operation you want in the section bundle operation summary.

  2. Next to the bundle operation summary section, click the Three dots menu. 

  3. In the dropdown menu, select cancel selected bundle operation.

  • ⚠️ Important: Bundles must be in a schedulable status to be removed.
