Use processing logs

Search through logs and find outcomes in the processing list.

The log search section filters by:

  • Processing type (set to “Bundling Process,” not editable)

  • Status

  • Description

  • Uuid

  • Processing Date (“From” and “To” a specific time)

    • Note: The default is today’s date (“From”) and tomorrow (“To”).

The processing list station gives a list of logs and information like:

  • Type

  • Description

  • Status

  • Start Date

  • End Date

Note: To cancel the process, click Trash > Yes in the warning message.

Access the processing log

To access the processing log, click Main menu > Technical settings > Serving > Processing log.

View processing detail

When you click the row of the process you want to examine, a detail window appears. 

  • The top section reports general information on the process, like:

    • Processing Type

    • Description

    • Status (END PROCESSING or PROCESSING COMPLETED WITH ERRORS)

    • Start

    • End

  • The bottom section provides log details.

    • There are two buttons next to the header, like:

      • Show All

      • View in Error (only view the rows with errors)

    • There is a table with the processing rows in detail and the following information:

      • Description

      • Date/Time

      • Detail

      • Error

        • This is valorized in case of error.

    • At the bottom there are:

      • Refresh

      • Close
