Use emergency response with real traffic filter clauses

Define specific rules that are affected by a WO’s progression within the emergency response process. This works for system logic on:

  • Work order (WO) alerts

  • WO themes

  • Automatic scheduling

  • Critical activities

Prerequisites

Make sure you have administrative access to the configuration menus.

Create clauses and filters

  1. Navigate to the Configuration panel for the filter.

    • To configure WO Alerts, go to Configuration > Core > Daily and multi-day plan > WO Alert.

  2. Create a new filter or modify a current one.

  3. To refine your filtering criteria, select and configure one or more of the following clauses in the new window:

    • Emergency Response activities: Filter for WO operations that have been explicitly flagged for emergency response.

      • Set the value to include or exclude emergency response operations.

        • true: Includes emergency response operations.

        • false: Excludes emergency response operations.

    • Emergency Response State: Filter based on the current step or status of the WO operation within the emergency response management workflow.

      • The status can be processed, in progress, or processed OK or KO.

      • Define the clause to match a specific state, like Emergency Response State = Processed KO

    • Emergency Response Processing Counter: Counts how many times the operation has been attempted by the emergency response task.

      • Set a conditional check on the attempted number, like Emergency Response Processing Counter > 3

      • The emergency response processing counter helps identify failures.

  4. To save the clause and the filter, click Save.
