Groups are used to organize technical objects for shared documentation or specific operational views. They provide a flexible layer of organization that helps users quickly identify, filter, and manage complex sets of equipment within a large-scale infrastructure.
Add a new group

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Asset Management >

Click New Group.

Enter the following information:

Operations Center: Select the relevant Operations Center (OC) from the drop-down menu.

Code: The group’s unique internal ID.

Description: The group’s description.
-
Order: The order the group will appear in the group list.

Color: Choose a Color to represent the group on the map or in lists.

Active: Whether the group is active.
-

Enter the Code, Description, and Order.
-
Click Save.
Search for existing groups

In the Search section, enter the following information:

Operations Center: Select the relevant Operations Center (OC) from the drop-down menu.

Code: The group’s unique internal ID.

Description: The group’s description.
-
Object Code: The technical object’s unique internal ID.
-
Active: Whether the group is active.
-

Click Search
Edit a group
-
Click the three dots menu for a group.
-
Edit the group’s information in the Groups pop-up window.
-
Click Save.
