Create a Facility Status

Define the operational state of a technical object, such as whether it’s operational, in maintenance, or broken. Gain real-time visibility into asset performance and automate maintenance triggers based on the current condition of the infrastructure. Accurately monitor critical equipment, which allows for data-driven decisions that reduce downtime and improve overall system reliability.

Define a new facility status

1. Navigate to Configuration > Core > Asset Management > Facility Status.

2. Click New.

3. Enter the following information:

   1. Description: The technical object’s status description.

   2. Status Type: Choose the status type from the drop-down menu.

4. Select the Active checkbox

5. Click Save.

Edit facility status

1. Click a row in the Results list.

2. Edit the technical object status information.

3. Click Save.

Search for facility status type

To find technical objects by status:

1. Enter the following information in the Search tab:

   1. Code: The technical object’s internal code.

   2. Status type: Select Active Facility, Inactive Facility, or Cancelled Facility in the drop-down menu.

   3. Active: Whether the technical object is active.

   4. Description: The technical object’s description.

   5. TechnicalObject Type: Select the technical object type from the drop-down menu.

2. Click Search.
