Add operations from WO list

View multistage information in the WO list

Navigate to Features > Core > Work order management > Search WO to view the "WO list". In the "WO list", view the "Multistage" column to see the multistage group code and status.

Multistage operations must meet these requirements:

  • Do not assign to a company

  • Do not assign to projects

  • Do not use booking operations

Operations can only belong to one multistage group at most.

Review the multistage group status to understand the overall progress. Statuses include:

  • Open: The group is created, but no operations are associated, or all operations are in "Open" status

  • To schedule / To Reschedule: At least one operation is in "To schedule" or "To reschedule" status

  • Scheduled: All schedulable operations are scheduled

  • Cancelled: All operations are canceled

  • Close: All operations are closed or canceled
