By default, the system automatically creates an aggregate for each municipality-ZIP code combination. To define aggregates with higher granularity:

Open the Detail view of a simulation where Working by OC is set to
false. -
Click the Add Aggregate button.

To create a new aggregate and provide a description, click Save.

On the new row, to select the municipalities to include, click Aggregate composition.

Associate the needed microcluster.

Click Close.
