As with the traditional booking logic, Configuration > Booking > Activate Grids lets you activate a grid for an Operation Center for a given period. The page also supports the following:
Activate an overlapping grid
On the Programming Grid to Activate tab, you can activate a new grid for a period that partially or fully overlaps the currently active grid. When the chosen period overlaps, the system checks whether the active grid can be substituted:

If appointments already exist in the overlapping period, the new grid can only replace the active one if it has the same slots — the same start and end slot date — as the grid it replaces.
Change the active period of an already-activated grid
On the Active Grid tab, use Edit Interval to change the start or end date of the active period. The system again checks for existing appointments:

No appointments present: the change is applied without any issue.

Period reduced: if appointments exist in the portion being removed from validity, the change is blocked.

Period extended: since this may substitute the activation of another grid, the system applies the same check used for activating an overlapping grid.
Edit Calendar button
The Edit Calendar button is disabled for capacity resource grids — it is only enabled for grids belonging to the old booking logic.
