Configure scheduling process for advanced booking for an operation center

To configure the scheduling process to be used in Booking with scheduling for your specific operation center:

1. Navigate to Configuration > Scheduling Optimizations > Operations Center.

2. Locate your desired operation center in the list.

3. Click the Settings button for the desired operations center.

4. Click New configuration.

5. From the Type dropdown menu, select Booking with scheduling.

6. Enter the OSS Params.

7. Enter any optional information.

8. Click Insert.
