Find specific Work Orders (WOs) based on various criteria. Set WO display options and perform bulk actions like validating, closing, or exporting the records.
Open WO search
To find the work order (WO) search:

Navigate to Features > Core > Work order management > Search WO.

On the right in the pull-down panel, click the Select saved search drop-down menu to retrieve a filter.
Search for a WO
To search for WOs:

Navigate to Features > Core > Work Order Management > Search WO.

On the right, enter the WO search information in the search fields.

Click Search.
Note: Only the Operations Center search field is required.
Manage WOs
At the top left of the WO list table, three buttons help you examine WOs:

The Three vertical line menu: Sets the visibility and order of columns.

The Up and down arrow: Sorts records in ascending or descending order of given fields.

The three dots menu gives you options to:

Validate: Change one or more records’ statuses from Open to Scheduleable.

Cancel selected: Cancel the selected orders.
-
Close selected: Selected orders can have administrative closure.
-
Massive closure: Have administrative closure for orders extracted through the filters.

Lock selected: Lock the selected orders.
-
Unlock selected: Unlock the selected orders.
-
Set selected period: Massively define the start/end cardinal date.

Reset original period selected: Reset the cardinal start/end date from the original/beginning date.

Edit OC: Edit the operations center for the selected orders.

Regenerate selected WO?: Create a new WO from the reference work cycle.

Duplicate selected WO: Create a new WO from the structure in the reference order.

Generate WOs for inspection: Massively create WOs to inspect technical objects related to the initial set of WOs.

The planner/operation manager can set the desired WO type, work cycle, expected work interval, and the responsible operation center.

The Inspection WO Types should be set with the TWORTYPE field = 1.

Modify urgency of selected WO: Modify the urgency of the selected WOs.

Export: Create an xls file that includes all extracted WOs.

Notes:

When using Excel, consider the file format you use. The file format .xls has a limit of 65,536 lines in each sheet, while the .xlsx format has a limit of 1,048,576 lines per sheet.

To the right, there is the text “WO List” with the number of the extracted records.
Close WOs
To close multiple work orders (WOs) at the same time:

Navigate to Main menu > Features > Core > Work order management > Search WO.

Use WO search.

Select all the orders in a specific status or criteria in the WO List.

Click the three dots menu > close selected.
Note: Before you close WOs, the system has you verify your accounting department.
