Set up the territorial structure to represent the geographic areas where your customer operates and for scheduling activities. Create and assign Operations Centers (OC) and territorial areas for operations management.
Add a new structure
To add a new structure:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Organizational Structure > Structure

Click Add Structure.

Enter a description for the new structure in the Description field.

Click Insert to save the structure.
Add a new Operations Center
To add a new OC, see Configure an Operations Center.
Add an Area
To add a new Area:

Navigate to Configuration > Core > Organizational Structure > Areas.

Click New Area.

In the Area pop-up window, enter the following information:

Code: The unique code for the Area.

Description: The Area’s description.

Click Insert.
