How intervention group edits impact mobile card rules

When intervention groups are changed, mobile cards adjust as well.

When you change intervention groups with the "Modify" button, for these sections:

  • Existing measure group

  • Existing converter

  • Installed measure group

  • Installed converter

  • Notification

Before going into detail and understanding what it entails, it is worth pointing out that:

Current intervention groups

Mobile card type

  • Existing measure group

  • Existing converter

  • Meter existent

  • Installed measure group

  • Installed converter

  • Meter installed

  • Notification

  • Create notification

When one or more states of these sections passes from "Read only" or "Not mandatory" to "Invisible", the system verifies the section where the mobile card belongs. The system also determines whether that mobile card is present in at least one of the mobile cards rules defined for the intervention group considered. Then the user gets an alert with those mobile cards. If the user confirms, the impacted mobile cards are removed from the mobile rules of the intervention group involved.

In particular, to see an alert for the cards "Meter existent" and "Meter installed", both sections must become Invisible (“Existing measure group” and “Existing converter” for “Meter existent” and “Installed measure group” and “Installed converter” for “Meter installed”).

If there are no mobile cards rules related to the hidden sections, the user doesn’t see a message.

When, instead, sections are made visible (from "Invisible" to "Read only" or "Not mandatory"), the user sees the alert in the figure. It is possible to make types of mobile card rules visible. The user adds the types of mobile cards in the defined rules to view them on the mobile side.
