Associate work cycles with work order types

Ensure certain work cycles are included in specific work order types.

Prerequisites

Before you start, ensure you have at least one of both:

• Work order type.

  • See Create work order types.

  • For more information about work order types, see Configure work order types.

• Work cycle.

  • See Create work cycles.

Follow the UI path

All following instructions start from this system path:

Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > WO Types

Add work cycles to work order types

To connect work cycles with a specific type of work order:

1. In the Filters section, enter desired parameters.

2. Click Search.

3. In the Work order types table, click the desired WO type.

4. In the Work cycle rules list, click the + New button.

5. On the New rule tab, in the Work cycle dropdown menu, select the work cycle.

6. Click all applicable rule application parameters in these tables:

   • WO source list

   • Operations centers list

   • Meter locations list

   • Meter types list

7. Click Insert.
