Audience: Administrators and operations managers
To manually create a work order (WO), users can enter the date, operations, and flag if work is urgent.
External systems (ERP/CRM) and internal systems can generate WOs as well. Internal generation can come from repetitive rules (RAG/EAG), the mobile app in the field, or a dispatcher. The system can also automatically generate a WO if a work cycle is defined for the specific WO type.

Before manually creating a WO, you must create WO components:
-
To create a work order type, see Configure work order types.
-
To create a work order operation, see Configure work order operation types.
-
To create a work cycle, see Create work cycles.
-
To create an activity, see Create activities.
