Work Order Details Tab

Overview

Select a Work Order (WO) to see more details about it. On the details page, you’ll find various informative cards that assist and support your work all in one place for efficient task execution and reporting. These details include technical object information, material usage measurements, procedures, and team details.

The table below lists the available WO details and descriptions.

WO Detail

Description

Technical object

The specific equipment or asset.

Outcome

Whether the task was successfully completed. Since it’s not set, the technician hasn't marked a final result, such as Completed or Not Done.

Attachments

The attachments card, based on the server side configuration can appear in two different ways. Regardless of the configuration contains Work Cycle attachments and multimedia content acquired from the field.

  • Single Card (Standard Layout):
    Attachments are divided into two tabs: work cycle and work order multimedia

  • Two Separate Cards (New Option):

    • Work Cycle: Contains files uploaded by the back office, such as PDFs and images used as job references.

    • Work Order Multimedia: Includes files added on-site by field workers, such as photos, notes, and progress updates.

Manpower

Shows who performed the job or who can give you a support on the work order.

Materials

Tracks the materials used during the job.

Dynamic Forms

A checklist to fill out during the work order. They offer a set of preconfigured templates for field resources, which allows efficient data collection and organization related to daily tasks and events.

Notification

Sent from the server to inform the user of relevant updates, alerts, or required actions related to the activity.

Signature

Area for capturing a digital signature, such as from the technician or the customer, to confirm that the work occurred.

WO History

The list of all WO’s that refer to the same plant as the current WO.

Vehicles

The assigned vehicle for the associated WO.

Material pick-up

The materials to be collected during the job.

Measures

The required measures to be taken during the job.
