Timesheet Management

Introduction

The Timesheet function within the NextGen FSM Platform Mobile app provides technicians with a convenient way to manage their time. You can access it directly from the main menu by tapping the "Timesheet" icon.

The display of your timesheet—whether daily, weekly, or monthly—is determined by the Timesheet profile configured for your specific scheduling resource in the database. The following sections will detail each of these mobile Timesheet views.

The Timesheet profile is defined in the database of the scheduling resource (see image below):

A non-editable field is available, positioned below the existing note field for each timesheet item. This field is designed to display absence-related information, keeping it clearly separated from general notes. It helps ensure records are organized, accurate, and easy to review.
