Manage a group of Work Orders (bundle) as a single unit to track and complete related tasks and work more efficiently.
When a bundle is scheduled and validated in the back end, it appears as a single entry in the To Do list.
View bundles on the map
The map provides an enhanced view for you to manage bundles.
-
Distinct Icon: Bundles appear on the map with a unique icon, making them easy to distinguish from individual work orders.
-
Numbered Pins: When you tap a bundle icon or expand its card, the app displays all associated work orders on the map as numbered pins. The numbers show the order in which to complete the tasks.
-
Pin Details: You can tap on any individual pin to view important details about that work order, such as its number and status.

Navigate within a bundle
You can easily move between operations in a bundle without returning to the main task list.
-
Use the Next Operation arrow to go to the next task in the sequence.
-
Use the Previous Operation arrow to go to the previous task.
These navigation buttons only appear when a next or previous operation is available.
Finalize a bundle and allocate time
When you're ready to finalize a bundle, go to Outcome, which lists all operations in the bundle. You can close each operation individually by updating its outcome status.
-
Apply to All: After you complete all required fields for an operation, Apply to All becomes available. You can use it to apply the selected outcome to all completed operations at once.
Time Allocation
When you tap Close Whole Bundle, a summary interface appears. It shows operations with recorded end times and those without.
-
If all operations have a recorded time, the bundle closes immediately.
-
If at least one operation is missing a time record, a pop-up asks you to confirm. You have two options:
-
Manual time allocation: Go back to the summary interface to manually enter the missing time records.
-
Weighted time allocation: Discard any manual entries and let the system automatically apply start and end times to all operations based on the schedule and target durations.
-
Review and finalize
If you select weighted time allocation, a final summary interface appears. You can review the system's time distribution and manually adjust individual times before finalizing. The bundle closes only after you tap Close Bundle.
