To understand who has changed the skill configuration and when, access the history of skill changes for a specific work order (WO). Coordinate with team members and maintain an accurate record of modifications for audits.
Find the history

Go to the Search WO section.

Open the work order you want to inspect.

Click Show History section > Rows History tab.

In the WO archive, click the Skill Override Configuration History tab.
Access the history entries
The table lists every time the operation had changes in:

History Date: The date and time of the modification

User: The server user who made the change
-
Skill Configuration Code: The code of the skill configuration

Skill Configuration Description: The description of the skill configuration

Minimum Cardinality: The minimum number of resources required for the skills

Maximum Cardinality: The maximum number of resources required for the skills

Skill List: A comma-separated list of all the skills that were assigned at that time
