Audience: Administrators
To provide users with a focused map-based workflow to inspect work orders (WOs) and related operations, configure around specific operation centers (OCs) and WO criteria.
Prerequisites

Check if you have purchased and activated the field execution module.

In NextGen Geo, create a
module_workorder.-
See Configure modules.

Get access to the module’s zone. See Users and permissions.
Configure module_field_execution
To configure your execution module:

Click the Open configuration window button.

At the top, click the Module button.

In the Modules window, either:

To create a new module, click the New module button

To edit an existing module, click the Edit icon for a module with xtype
module_field_execution.

Click the Properties tab.

Enter the module’s properties.

Click the Configuration tab.

Configure the module.

See the table below.

Click Save.

Optional: To import data, after configuration, click:

Yes: Import your data from NextGen FSM.

Note: This process doesn't clone the full data from FSM, but it creates a cache of relevant fields of data.

No: Don’t import your data from NextGen FSM.

Note: To enter data later, save the configuration again.

Note: If a zone or structure doesn't exist for a selected OC, the system creates one, maps it to a new zone, and links it to the new OC.
