Access work order data and components

Audience: Administrators

The field execution module displays a complete list of work orders (WOs) that matches the active administrative configuration. At a glance, operators can view primary asset statuses, dates, and operation centers.

Access work order metadata

To view work order operation metadata:

  1. Launch your assigned field execution workspace.

  2. Navigate to the active module view.

  3. Within the primary list view panel, review the rows:

  1. To control list density, at the bottom of the table, click the pagination dropdown.

  2. Select a record count limit per page.

  3. To navigate through long datasets, clicking the Next page or Previous page icons.

Filter work orders

To restrict the active work order list and match map markers to smaller, specific operational subsets:

  1. In the active Field Execution module window, navigate to the list view.

  2. To open the criteria menu, on the Filter panel header, click the Expand icon.

  3. To refine your list results, select values from searchable fields:

  1. Click Search.

  2. Optional: To Revert to the default administrative dataset, click Reset.

Review work order details

To review structural, scheduling, and asset-specific metadata associated with a particular task:

  1. Either:

    • Navigate to the work order list view.

    • Click a work order marker directly on the active map canvas.

  2. Click the name string of the target record

    • For example, click “OCENE02362”.

  3. In the detail dashboard, to access specific information blocks, click these navigation tabs:

Inspect work order components

To review the operations, or individual execution components, that make up the total task:

  1. Navigate to the active module view.

  2. In the Primary list view panel, click on a work order.

  3. Select the WO operations button.

  4. Review:

    • Summary table containing operation codes.

    • Activity types.

    • Status markers.

    • Duration variables.

    • Progress timelines.

  5. Next to the operation code, click the Expand icon.

  6. In the opened operation row, to inspect metadata, click through these internal tabs:
