Position Statuses and Lifecycle
The position line progresses through various statuses based on data completeness and external integration responses:

Incomplete: The position is in progress, and one or more mandatory fields required to validate the position are missing or not yet confirmed. It remains editable.

Complete: All mandatory fields required to qualify the position have been filled in and confirmed. It remains editable.

Technical Error (retries <= max retries): An attempt to send the position failed due to a technical error. NextGen will automatically attempt to resend it.

Technical Error (retries > max retries): A technical error occurred, and the number of attempts has reached the threshold. User action is required to manually reset the number of attempts and re-send.

To Review: An attempt was made to send the position, but an applicative error was raised by the external system. The user must correct the data (except the material if it is TR linked) and use the "Re-send" action. The PR header status remains unchanged.

Sent: The PR is successfully sent to the External System, which processes it and returns an Application Ack. After receiving this, the user can request cancellation if necessary.

Cancellation Pending: A row cancellation is sent asynchronously to the external system.

Fulfillment Statuses: The external system dictates the delivery state, assigning either "Not Delivered", "Partially Delivered", or "Fully Delivered".

Canceled: The final status indicating the position has been canceled.
