Test/Simulate Forced Appointment

To bypass standard feasibility and capacity checks for a specific time window:

1. Navigate to Features > Booking > Simulation Requests.

2. In the left panel, click + Booking Request.

3. Populate the appointmentStartDateTime and appointmentEndDateTime fields with the requested interval.

4. Select either:

   1. First Date: 

   2. Further Date:

The system skips scheduling checks and returns the last configured time slot that intersects with your provided interval.

If no configured time slot intersects with your requested timestamps, the confirmation fails and returns a hard error.
