Test/Simulate Confirm an Appointment

Important: You must confirm slots before the temporary reservation expires.

The confirmation interface notifies the booking module that a temporary slot has been accepted.

1. Navigate to Features > Booking > Simulation Requests (or invoke the inbound ConfirmDate API).

2. Execute step for First Date or Further Date

3. Confirme a slot.

4. Submit the request before the automatic batch task clears temporary appointments.

Notes: 

• If the slot is still available, the system locks the appointment.

• A dispatcher must still manually schedule the activity on the actual plan
