Find work order activity interventions

Audience: Dispatchers and operations managers

FSM generates an operation’s intervention object when an operation has an outcome. If an operation had both a final and many partial outcomes, it may be associated with one or different interventions. 

Prerequisite

Before you start:

• To define which interventions can be performed during certain activities, see Associate interventions with activities.

Follow the UI path

The instructions start from this system path:

Features > Core > Work order management > Search WO

Search for WO activity interventions

To find the interventions related to the selected operation:

1. In the Search WO page, in the Filters panel, find the WO.

   • See Search and perform mass actions on work orders|Search WOs.

2. At the bottom of the page, click WO operations.

3. Click the WO operations sequence tab.

4. Find the Slots outcomes / activity interventions section.
