Export and import dynamic forms

Reuse, share, and migrate dynamic form templates across working environments while preserving dependencies or high-level logic.

This feature includes:

  • The complete form definition

  • Selected template header information

  • Global expressions

Export a dynamic form template

For the system to generate and download the latest released version of a dynamic form template in JSON format:

  1. Navigate to Dynamic Forms > Templates.

  2. Click the three dots next to the template you want to export.

  3. In the template row, click Download Template. 

Note: If no released version is available, the system will return an error message, and the export won’t complete.

Import a dynamic form template

Create a new dynamic form template from a previously-exported JSON file. 

  1. Navigate to Dynamic Forms > Templates.

  2. Click the Three dots menu.

  3. Click Import Template.

  4. Select a valid dynamic form template JSON file.

  5. Click Confirm.

Note: You can make modifications to the working copy before releasing the form.
