Configure how dynamic forms appear and behave.
Configure mobile cards
To configure mobile cards:

Go to FSM > Configuration > Core > Work Order Management > Accounting > Intervention Groups.

Create a new Intervention Group or search for a current one.

Click the Three dots menu

Click Mobile Card Rules.

Fill in all of the required fields to create a new rule.

To modify a current rule, click the Three dots menu and then click Mobile Cards Rule Detail.

Click Add Cards.
-
Select the Dynamic Form Sheets type.

Choose the icon that will represent the dynamic form.

Define the label code and label description that appear below the icon.

Only define one label per card.
-
You can’t enter a label description without a label code.

Select one or more dynamic form templates.
-
Select the One Card One Form checkbox.

When One Card One Form is activated, you must select only one template.

Click Save.
Note: The system automatically validates your configuration as you complete each step.
Require a data capture sheet
To ensure consistent outcome validation across mobile and server environments, require a dynamic form instance for a specific outcome reason.
To configure this parameter:

Go to FSM > Features > Data Collection > Templates.

Create a new dynamic form template or select an existing one.

In the Outcome Rules section, select the Mandatory if auto-generable checkbox.

Click Save.
Note: The boolean field is stored in the database table ADCTEMPLATEOUTCOMERULE as ATORREQUIREDIFAUTOGENERABLE.
Associate a specific outcome reason

Go to FSM > Features > Data Collection > Templates.

Create a new (2026 Wave One) Dynamic Form Templates dynamic form template or select an existing one.

In the Dynamic Form Template Structure section, click the Three dots menu.

Click Template Structure.

In the Select Values window, drag and drop outcome reasons in the panel to create associations.

Outcome Reason (name)

Dynamic Forms Mandatory (boolean flag)

Select Dynamic Forms Mandatory
If you select Dynamic Forms Mandatory, the system checks whether a form for the associated template already exists.

If no form exists, the system raises an error and displays a button to create it.

When the user clicks the button, the required form(s) are automatically generated.
